Our Comfort Craftsmanship Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If something is not right, we will review the issue and guide you to the appropriate solution.

Only if something is genuinely wrong with it — a broken or damaged part, a missing component, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item delivered. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item in person. Approved returns are resolved with Tempest store credit toward another purchase, and the item must be picked up from you by our partner company, ShareTown, before credit is issued.

We offer nationwide USA delivery, with timing based on item availability and destination. Your order confirmation will include the most accurate delivery window, and our team can help with updates if needed.
